Our Private Equity team in Singapore is looking for its new talent to join this dynamic and fast-learning environment. Missions: - Support the team in sourcing, screening, and evaluating new investment opportunities. - Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and market research. - Assist in due diligence processes, including coordinating with advisors and third parties. - Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees. - Participate in the monitoring and management of portfolio companies, including performance tracking and strategic initiatives. - Collaborate closely with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
