PROCESS & OPERATIONS ENGINEER (M/F) (H/F)

La mission

The Mission As part of MFL’s Production team, you’ll support production operations across Western Europe (mainly the Netherlands, with Germany, Belgium and France) from raw material sourcing to manufacturing, filling and delivery. Our process combines proprietary SSF, maturation and downstream processing. This hands-on, cross-functional role covers process engineering, production, quality, supply chain, logistics and equipment, working closely with CMOs, warehouses and suppliers. What You’ll Do * Execute production plans with manufacturing partners. * Monitor process performance, yields and key parameters. * Support process optimization, troubleshooting, scale-up and continuous improvement. * Coordinate equipment selection, installation and validation. * Transfer processes from R&D to production. * Manage production planning, inventory and work orders in Odoo. * Perform quality controls, ensure compliance, manage deviations and maintain traceability. * Plan raw material purchases and ensure supply availability. * Coordinate suppliers, CMOs, warehouses and logistics through to finished products. What You Bring * Engineering degree in Process, Chemical, Food, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Hands-on mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork in multicultural environments. * Comfortable working with suppliers, CMOs and production sites. * Interest in food, fermentation and sustainable production. * Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus) and standard office software. * Willingness to learn new digital tools (e.g. Monday.com). * Flexibility to support production outside standard office hours when required. * Interest in production equipment and manufacturing facilities is a plus. * Fluent French (VIE requirement) and English; Dutch is an advantage.
