Location & Mobility - 2 months onboarding program in France to gain hand-on experience with our products, manufacturing processes, ERP systems and operational teams - Primary role location: USA – West Chester, PA (Philadelphia region) (12 months) - Frequent collaboration with teams in France (Engineering, Operations, Sales) About Cotemp Sensing Cotemp Sensing is a specialized provider of temperature measurement and control solutions, serving industrial applications where accuracy, reliability, and durability are critical. As part of a growing international group, Cotemp combines engineering expertise, manufacturing capabilities, and customer-focused solutions to support clients across a wide range of industries. With operations in France, the United States, India, and the United Kingdom, the company is actively investing in digital transformation and AI-driven process improvement to enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and scalability across all business units. The US business unit called Thermo Electric is based in West Chester (Philadelphia area) with 60 employees (2/3 in Production and 1/3 in support function). We develop and manufacture customized temperature sensors for high end customers in various industrial sectors like Semicon, Energy, etc… Role Summary We are looking for a hands-on AI & Process Automation Engineer to support the deployment of AI-driven automation across our operations. The US business unit implemented various IA based tools allowing them to better use the ERP data with the objective to improve the order workflow (from offer to payment stage). The role reports directly to the Director of Operations and Digital Process Improvement (USA), who is leading the group’s AI transformation. The engineer will work in close partnership with this role to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions across all business units, with a strong focus on supporting our French operations. The goal will be to implement similar tools in the French factory. This position sits at the intersection of data, systems, and operations, with frequent interaction across Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams in both the US and France. This is not a purely technical role as the objective is to translate business needs into practical, reliable AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency and decision-making.
