Junior Forward Deployed Engineer (H/F)

La mission

The Role As a Junior Forward Deployed Engineer, you sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and the customer. You will be embedded with our US customers and prospects — global retail and hospitality brands — to design, build, and ship solutions on top of the YOOBIC platform that solve their real operational problems. You'll turn ambiguous business requirements into working configurations, integrations, and prototypes, often in days rather than months. What You Will Do • Configure and customize the YOOBIC platform (workflows, dashboards, content, mobile experiences) for enterprise customers and strategic prospects • Build integrations between YOOBIC and customer systems (HRIS, workforce management, BI, SSO) using REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting • Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts for pre-sales: turn a discovery call into a working demo tailored to the prospect's stores • Join customer workshops and on-site visits to understand frontline operations first-hand, then translate what you see into technical solutions • Work daily with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and the Product/Engineering teams in Paris and Tel Aviv • Document solutions and contribute reusable components, templates, and playbooks to the FDE toolkit
