La mission

GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS STRATEGIES In this internship you'll support the implementation of global partnership strategies by assisting in research, coordination, and documentation to help align partner contributions with event objectives. You'll build and share partnership briefings, agendas, and guidance for different aspects of the events with the countries.  PARTNER & STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION You'll assist in coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and integration during event planning and execution. MERCHANDISING PROJECTS You'll contribute to the development and organization of merchandising projects, supporting tasks from concept development to production follow-up. Additionally, you'll manage global merchandise shipping and related logistics processes to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and seamless execution across all participating markets ADMINISTRATION In this exciting role you'll maintain and update internal databases and presentation materials for Global Brand Projects, ensuring consistency and accuracy across pitch decks, recaps, and related documents. Currently studying or recently graduated with a University Degree (Business Administration/Marketing/Event Management) or equivalent practical experience Fluent in written and spoken English First Experience in working with events, Red Bull events ideally Proficient in MS Office Skills (Excel & PowerPoint) Exceptional attention to detail, process-driven and structured thinking High committed, flexible, proactive, and energetic with a positive attitude A fast learner who is self-motivated and able to work independently, well-organized Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving mentality and a team player attitude Social/digital native Experience in the field as a Student Marketeer is a plus As an employer, we value diversity and support people in developing their potential and strengths, realizing their ideas and seizing opportunities.
