La mission
Our Demand & S&OP Specialist plays a central role in ensuring that our brands are available at the right time, in the right place and in the right quantities. In this highly connected role, you will bring Sales, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, brand companies and supply-chain partners together around one reliable plan—helping the business balance customer service, inventory and growth. Shape the demand plan - Own and continuously improve an 18-month demand plan that brings together statistical forecasts, promotions, events, seasonality and input from key business stakeholders. - Translate product launches, listings, delistings, product switches, market trends and distribution changes into clear demand assumptions. - Turn forecast accuracy and bias insights into action by identifying root causes, challenging assumptions and aligning corrective measures with stakeholders. - Lead customer forecast reviews with Key Account Managers and prepare the monthly Demand Review, securing alignment and sign-off from Sales and Marketing. - Make risks, opportunities and forecast changes easy to understand throughout the monthly S&OP cycle. - Provide replenishment and co-packing teams with timely, structured demand inputs that protect customer service. - Partner with Revenue Growth Management on volume-to-value translations and scenarios that support decisions on mix, allocation and service trade-offs. Keep products moving - Build a robust replenishment plan with our brand companies to maintain healthy inventory and deliver strong customer service. - Create purchase orders and follow the end-to-end supply flow through to final inbound at our third-party logistics provider. - Anticipate overstock and understock risks, communicate them clearly and coordinate solutions with the relevant teams. - Review performance and inventory capacity regularly with our logistics partner. - Help ensure on-time availability for launches and adapt plans as products move through their lifecycle. - Use supply-chain KPIs—including AdP, CFR, DFC and SSOS—to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvement. Improve how we work - Bring your Demand Planning and Supply Chain expertise to regional and global projects. - Strengthen master-data quality and interfaces across DP Anaplan, DDMRP and ERP systems. - Spot and implement improvements that make planning more efficient, reliable and collaborative. - Transform complex data into clear ad hoc analyses and reports for internal and external stakeholders
