YOUR MISSION As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Business Developer to build and drive the growth of SII Denmark. In this role, you will play a key part in SII’s success in Denmark: as a true intrapreneur, you will have the opportunity to develop the local business, grow your team and your own P&L Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around three main areas: • Business Prospecting new clients, driving the development of SII Denmark, defining business priorities, monitoring the performance and profitability of the activity, contributing to the local strategy in close collaboration with SII Group. • Recruitment & Team Follow Up: defining the recruitment strategy, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and supporting the development of the consultants throughout their careers at SII.
