Digital Shopfloor Support Specialist - Aerospace (H/F)

La mission

Provide day-to-day support to users of shopfloor digital applications, ensuring efficient and effective usage. Deliver training sessions and onboard new users to tools and processes. Gather user feedback and contribute to the definition and documentation of enhancement requests. Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow. Monitor application performance and ensure timely resolution of issues. Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation. Ensure visibility on progress, milestones, risks, and outcomes for stakeholders.
