ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST - (H/F)

La mission

Your perimeter of responsibilities will include: Portfolio Strategy: - With the Head of Asset Management, define and execute the 5Y business plan strategy for each shopping centre - Close cooperation with Leasing/Commercial department including assessment of leasing scenarios and preparation of recommendations to maximize asset value - Source new opportunities to create value (rotation of the tenant mix, merger / split of units, specialty leasing, parking, EV chargers…) - Monitor and analyze the performance KPIs - Monitor and analyze the evolution of the catchment area and the competition Budget and Business Plan follow-up: - Verify and challenge the consistency of all budgeted leasing operations with the long term BP strategy - Prepare and present the reports / dashboards to follow-up the approved operations under execution Acquisition and Appraisal process - Collect and communicate the relevant data to the appraisers - Analyze the appraisal reports and challenge the assumptions taken to guarantee alignment between the appraisal and internally prepared valuations - Participate in the identification process of potential acquisitions - Participate in the due diligence process in the frame of asset disposal Project management - Coordinate cross-functions project teams and set the pace of execution (property management, finance, leasing/commercial) - Facilitate the share of information and relevant data within the project teams
