La mission

• Project monitoring support - Tracking of delays - Tracking and analysis of planning shifts impacts - Non-conformance reports (NCR) tracking - Tracking of welds and repairs - Weekly reporting of progress - Preparation of review gates - Monthly / weekly monitoring of timesheets • Technical support - Authoring NCR justifications and support NCR resolution and closure - Authoring manufacturing procedures, if needed - Facilitate manufacturing issue resolution - Interface with the internal and external stakeholders to facilitate comments resolution • Continuous improvement - Identification of bottlenecks at Westinghouse Electric Italy with proposed improvement solution - Implementation of internal processes to monitor the above points
