As part of our growth and ongoing transformation, we are looking for a Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineer to support the development of our Quality Management System and strengthen our Food Safety Culture across the organization. 2. Your Role as a Quality & Continuous Improvement EngineerAs part of the Quality Department, you will contribute to the deployment of our Quality and Food Safety strategy by supporting the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System within an international food manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in strategic projects aimed at strengthening our quality standards, Food Safety Culture, and overall organizational performance. Key Responsibilities : Lead continuous improvement projects related to the Quality Management System and Food Safety Culture. Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Quality activities. Support the development and optimization of quality tools, methodologies, and processes across the organization. Contribute to the deployment and embedding of a strong Food Safety Culture at all levels of the business. Collaborate closely with Quality, Production, Supply Chain, R&D, and Operations teams on cross-functional projects. Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented actions. Support teams in adopting best practices and promoting a culture of quality excellence.
