Junior Procurement Referent (H/F)

La mission

The Purchasing Department is looking for a Junior Procurement Referent to support the rollout of a software solution complementing the company’s financial system, Microsoft Dynamics. The project is led by a cross-functional team involving Purchasing, IT, and Accounting, with the objective of structuring and optimizing procurement-related data during the system implementation phase. The V.I.E will support the preparation and reconciliation of procurement data required for the system implementation. Main responsibilities include: • Reconciling procurement data (general ledger accounts, product items, product groups) between system tables and accounting specifications • Supporting the preparation and structuring of data for the software configuration • Collaborating with Purchasing, IT, and Accounting teams to ensure data consistency • Participating in data validation and quality checks during the configuration phase • Providing operational support to the project team during the system rollout Your destination : Based in Berlin, this V.I.E position offers the opportunity to contribute to a strategic digital transformation project within the Purchasing Department. The Junior Procurement Referent will work in a cross-functional project team alongside IT and Accounting stakeholders and will report to the Head of Procurement / Purchasing Director. This V.I.E assignment is for a duration of 12 months.
