The role: As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support Planisware North America's Finance team in financial reporting, forecasting, revenue operations, expense management, and finance systems initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to gain broad exposure to finance, business operations, and process improvement within a growing international software company. You will work closely with teams across Finance, Sales, HR, Revenue Operations, and Operations to support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Analysis • Prepare and maintain financial reports and KPIs. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Analyze revenue, expenses, and key business metrics to identify trends and insights. • Support management reporting and ad hoc financial analyses. • Revenue Operations & Finance Support • Support revenue operations and incentive compensation processes through reporting, data validation, and reconciliation activities. • Assist in maintaining accurate data across CRM, payroll, and financial systems. • Support cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations teams. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives supporting commercial and finance operations. Expense Management & Financial Operations • Monitor employee travel and business expenses and support compliance with company policies. • Analyze spending trends and assist with cost control initiatives. • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. • Assist with operational reporting and other recurring finance processes. Business Systems & Process Improvement • Assist with projects including financial system implementations and enhancements through data validation, testing, and process documentation. • Help improve data quality, reporting consistency, and process efficiency. • Contribute to reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
