La mission

WHAT IS GROUPE SEB UK? Groupe SEB is the global leader in the manufacturing of small domestic appliances and cookware. Join us in the UK Market where we distribute and sell products across the UK & Ireland under our famous brands Tefal & Krups. Whilst based within Sales you will work with all areas of the Company including Marketing, Supply Chain & Finance and will therefore gain a complete overview of how we operate as a business. We are strongly focused on ecommerce and direct to consumer business models, as well as selling through major grocers and specialist stores, including our own estate of shops. At Groupe SEB UK we are exceptionally proud to have been consistently recognised over the years as a Great Place To Work (GPTW). We offer hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) and fantastic modern offices in Berkshire with great transport links into London for commuting, in green and sustainable surroundings. We have a strong record of welcoming VIEs who then develop their career both in the UK and globally within Groupe SEB. YOUR MISSION This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our PurePlay team and take ownership of Amazon, our fastest-moving and most data-driven channel. Reporting to the Amazon Lead, you will develop and implement the sell-in and sell-out strategy for one or several product categories on Amazon. You will get to know your Groupe SEB portfolio and your category inside out — competitive intensity, competitor offers and strategies, shopper drivers and key success factors — and you will analyse performance daily and weekly to propose concrete initiatives that grow sales and improve the customer experience. The role is about understanding why something happened and how to fix it with a clear action plan. You will typically manage between 100 and 300 ASINs, depending on your experience and the complexity of the category. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Account management • Own the sell-in forecast and the sell-out performance of your categories and products. • Manage your product portfolio: monitor performance, analyse the data, find root causes, propose solutions and track execution. • Ensure consistent pricing execution across Groupe SEB and Amazon platforms. • Define the promoted product list and animate the annual promotional calendar, including accurate forecasting. • Define and execute your promotion and trade marketing budget. Category activation • Manage your category on Amazon: category analysis, product launches and conversion optimisation. • Create and optimise product listings and detail pages to maximise visibility and conversion, including keyword analysis to improve search ranking. • Define the level of retail media investment in collaboration with the retail media teams. • Monitor competitors, products and trends, and propose initiatives to stay ahead. Analysis and reporting • Use analytics tools (Qlik Cloud, Excel) to evaluate product and campaign performance daily, weekly and monthly. • Prepare regular reporting — promo event reviews, business reviews — to share results, learnings and action plans. Cross-functional collaboration • Build the commercial relationship with your Amazon AVS (Amazon brand specialist). • Work closely with UK colleagues across other retailers' account teams, marketing, supply chain and finance. • Collaborate with the EU Amazon teams and with Retail Media & Cataloguing. How success is measured: forecast accuracy, sell-out, margin and net PPM %, seller rank.
