La mission

Key Responsibilities As a Technical Business Consultant V.I.E, you will support customers in their digital transformation projects while developing expertise in Dassault Systèmes solutions. - Explore Dassault Systèmes cloud solutions and technologies. - Participate in customer presentations, workshops and technical meetings. - Provide technical support and consulting on 3D CAD, Simulation, PLM and Data Management solutions. - Deliver user onboarding and training sessions on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and SOLIDWORKS ecosystem. - Create technical content such as videos, articles and training materials. - Support sales activities through demonstrations, audits and requirements analysis. - Contribute to digital transformation projects for industrial customers. Skills and Competencies Developed During this assignment, you will develop: - Dassault Systèmes certifications and technical expertise. - Knowledge of cloud technologies and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. - Digital transformation and project management skills. - Customer consulting and presentation skills. - Proficiency with CRM tools including HubSpot. - Customer success and satisfaction best practices. - Experience working with international customers and teams.
