A Day in the Life You will join our L’Oréal Luxe commercial team in Prague, working side by side with our Senior Key Account Manager to shape retail strategies and drive brand visibility across major accounts. Your key responsibilities will be to: KAM Support (presentations, and documents for meetings, debriefing after meetings, stores incentives management, ad hoc tasks) Reporting (Promo evaluation, competitors and brands monitoring and ranking, etc.) Online & Offline trade plan support ( planning and filling in the plans , work with online supplier tools , preparation of communication of online assets ) Communication with clients on a regular basis Cooperation with Trade Marketing, Customer Care, and other teams to support the efficiency of processes (organizational and administrative tasks) Develop further in key sales areas: Trade plans and proposals (Trade plan update, Promo proposals, Planograms, etc.) Logistic client support (solving logistic issues with KAM/client) Field communication (contact person for clients and suppliers in specific matters, assisting KAM during meetings with clients) Our Ideal Candidate: • Current university student, available 25 to 32 hours a week for a minimum of 6 months • Czech or Slovak speaker and fluent in English. • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented • Creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude • Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment What L'Oréal Can Offer You: • Competitive compensation and employee benefits • Work-life balance: Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model • Mentorship and development: Opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and expand your network • Real-world experience: Gain practical experience that will set you apart in the job market • Potential career opportunities: This internship could lead to exciting future roles at L'Oréal.
