You will learn how connected data and predictive analytics help customers improve maintenance, reliability, and performance, while working in an international environment with technical experts and customer-facing teams. What will you do? Analyze data from connected electrical equipment and help translate it into clear insights for customers. Support the identification of maintenance recommendations to improve asset reliability and performance. Prepare simple and impactful technical reports summarizing findings, risks, and suggested actions. Interact with internal experts to deepen your understanding of electrical systems and predictive analytics. Support remote customer interactions by explaining analysis results and helping coordinate next steps. Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital services by sharing feedback, lessons learned, and customer insights.
