As part of our growth, we are looking for a Tech Recruiter (VIE) to join our Barcelona or Madrid team and help us attract top technology talent across Europe. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Tech Recruitment • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, from sourcing to offer stage • Partner with business managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies • Source and engage top IT talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and direct outreach • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess motivation, communication skills, and technical fit • Coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers and internal stakeholders • Present shortlisted candidates and provide recruitment insights Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key technology domains: o Software Engineering o Data & AI o Cloud & DevOps o Cybersecurity o Infrastructure o ERP / CRM • Track recruitment KPIs and market trends • Benchmark talent availability, compensation expectations, and hiring competitiveness Employer Branding & Candidate Experience • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Support employer branding initiatives to increase InnoIT’s visibility in the tech talent market • Help create attractive job postings and sourcing campaigns • Contribute to recruitment process improvements using AI and automation tools Profile Requirements • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field • Initial recruitment experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first role), ideally in tech recruitment, IT staffing, or consulting • Strong interest in technology and digital ecosystems • Familiarity with technical profiles and recruitment terminology • Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or other recruitment channels • Strong communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills • Highly proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset • Comfortable working in fast-paced and target-oriented environments • Daily use or strong curiosity for AI tools in recruitment • Fluent English and Spanish (C1 required) Preferred Profile • Master’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources. • Initial HR experience (internship or apprenticeship) in the IT sector. • Good knowledge of a BI tool. • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactivity. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. • Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level required).
