La mission

Our Company: SLR Consulting France is part of the larger SLR Consulting Group, an international environmental consultancy with 5,000 environmental and social consultants operating from subsidiaries in the UK, France, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa. You will join the International ESIA (Environmental & Social Impact Assessment) Team, which provides advice and support on a wide range of strategic and site-specific environmental and social issues to a diverse base of industrial and governmental clients. Our clients in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa come from both the public and private sectors, including International Financial Institutions. Our team specializes in water-related projects such as hydropower, water supply, and mining. Currently, the team consists of 25 members, including specialists in social, environmental, and hydrology fields. SLR France headquarters are located in Grenoble, France, and you will be based at the SLR subsidiary in Casablanca, Morocco. Your Missions: The position requires versatility, autonomy, and proactiveness. Your tasks will include: • Participating in field missions undertaken by the team in Morocco and potentially neighboring countries. • Assisting in the preparation of field missions for the team. • Coordinating between local partners/operations and headquarters for ongoing projects in the area. • Contributing to the drafting of environmental or social studies and reports. • Developing SLR’s business in Morocco and neighbouring countries.
