Follow all hotel policies, SOPs, service standards, and grooming requirements. Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain proper telephone etiquette and understand reservation procedures. Be familiar with restaurant and hotel services and facilities. Greet, welcome, and seat guests, ensuring a warm and pleasant experience. Ensure the restaurant entrance and reception area are clean, organized, and welcoming. Check tables are clean and properly set before seating guests. Obtain guest feedback and promptly address or report any concerns.
