What will your challenges be Business Development · Defining your commercial strategy in line with Phinest's vision · Creating business opportunities by meeting with key decision makers · Establishing long-term partnerships with our clients · Understanding the context and the pain points of your prospects · Advising on solutions, negotiating and closing contracts Human Resources · Participating in the recruitment strategy · Selecting & recruiting Phinest new talents · Learning about team management alongside the Business Unit Manager
