Support the smooth operation of operating systems and applications. Meticulously document your work. Provide support to internal customers regarding IT applications and collaborate with global teams as needed. What We’re Looking For: Currently a 3rd or 4th-year student or a recent graduate in Computer/Software Engineering or a related field, Proficient in English, Effective in using MS Office applications, Process-oriented with analytical skills, Possessing strong analytical thinking skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, A team player, Successful in interpersonal relationships, Having a basic understanding of networking, Willing to take on responsibilities, Helpdesk experience is a plus, Attentive to reporting and documentation, with strong customer focus and problem-solving skills, Available to work a minimum of 3 days a week and for a long-term period, Aspiring to build a career within a global company… … We’re looking for you!
