VIE – Engineering Services, Works Project & Subsea Buyer (M/F) – Congo

La mission

Join the Exploration & Production branch of TotalEnergies and take part in strategic projects in the offshore sector. As part of this VIE assignment, you will join our Congo affiliate in Pointe-Noire and support procurement activities related to engineering services, works, and Subsea operations. You will contribute to contract performance and the development of supplier relationships in an international environment. Please apply in English. Shared accommodation will be provided by the affiliate. Your main responsibilities: Participate in procurement processes, from requirement definition to contract award. Analyze tenders and evaluate supplier proposals. Prepare contractual documents and award recommendations. Contribute to commercial and contractual negotiations. Manage contract and purchase order follow-up. Carry out supplier market analyses. Identify contractual risks associated with projects. Collaborate with the various stakeholders within the scope. Participate in operational activities and technical projects. You hold a minimum Master's degree (Bac+5) (university master's degree or business school) with a specialization in procurement. You have initial experience covering a complete procurement process, gained through an internship, apprenticeship, or professional experience. Experience in the energy sector would be an asset. You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly: Excel PowerPoint Knowledge of SAP would be an asset. A minimum C1 level in French is required. A B2 level in English is also required.
