Supply Chain Process Engineer (H/F)

La mission

We are looking for a hands-on Process Supply Chain Engineer to support and optimise vehicle logistics operations within a large automotive hub in Zeebrugge. Working closely with operational teams, you will analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. In this role you will play a key role in: - Analysing operational workflows and driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and service quality across the vehicle logistics hub - Monitoring operational KPIs and recommending corrective actions to ensure performance targets are consistently met - Collaborating closely with warehouse, yard, and logistics teams to improve vehicle flow and overall operational performance - Supporting the implementation of Lean, Kaizen, and operational excellence methodologies to embed a culture of continuous improvement - Coordinating improvement projects across departments, engaging stakeholders at all levels and benchmarking against best-in-class industry practices
